As director of marketing and communications, Michele Griffith is responsible for the development of all of the firm’s outbound marketing, digital marketing programs, as well as coordinating the firm’s business development and workshop programs. Prior to joining Brand Paradigm, Michele co-founded a high-end residential development company where she developed and oversaw implementation of all marketing and communications for the organization, and provided oversight to the architectural design and interior design processes.
Michele began her corporate career as a litigation attorney, practicing law at Holland and Knight, one of the country’s largest leading law firms, as well as Carr, McClellan, Ingersoll, Thompson & Horn, an established San Francisco Bay Area firm. Her work as a trial attorney earned her a nomination and membership in the American Inns of Court. She also performed countless hours of pro bono legal work for environmental causes and non-profit organizations, and represented children in the foster care system in the Guardian ad Litem program. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served as editor of the Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues. Michele is licensed to practice law in California and Florida.
