Scott Henderson is an Associate Partner and Business Development Executive at Brand Paradigm. Scott has over 25 years of senior management consulting and operating experience with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. His expertise spans strategic positioning, business development, sales, leadership development, executive counsel and change management. Scott’s operational and consulting work has covered a range of industries including e-commerce, financial services, hospitality, consumer, entertainment and professional services. Most recently, as Managing Director of The Mackenzie Group which he founded, Scott has been heavily involved with the startup ecosystem, working as part of five founding teams and as an outside advisor to many other companies providing strategy, business development, sales and leadership guidance. As a hands-on and influential leader, Scott has a passion for building teams, leading high growth initiatives, and transforming organizations. Prior to forming The Mackenzie Group, Scott served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at ETRADE, and Director of Planning, Development & CIO at JC Bradford & Company (a large regional securities firm).
For over 15 years Scott was a senior consulting executive with both Harbridge House (a division of PwC) and CSC Index. He has directed major strategic planning, change management and leadership initiatives for over 75 clients including Fidelity, Wells Fargo, GE, HJ Heinz, Gaylord Entertainment, Schlumberger, Sheraton Hotels, Charles Schwab, Frito Lay, Tropicana Casino & Hotels, SunAmerica and Bell Atlantic, and has built strategic partnerships with well over 50 national brands including, BestBuy, NASCAR, AT&T, Office Depot, Legalzoom, Rackspace, TriNet, Visa, Sprint, Experian, RingCentral, and Hostway. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
